The Maxima is Pride's newest scooter and is designed for the heavy weight clent with a 450 lb max. wt. capacity and a standard 22 inch width, medium back seat. This scooter is always going through changes so call to make sure of the latest specifications. The latest change took place on 11/10/02 where the 3 wheel was redesigned to take Gr. 22 batteries and the wt. cap. was upped to 450 lbs.

The New Legend XL is completely redesigned for 2004. It comes standard with a full suspension, high impact bumpers, full lighting package, fully adjustable seat that reclines and slides forward or back, and a powerful 110 amp controller/4 pole motor combination for super outdoor performance. Our first test drive of the new XL left us very impressed. It is extremely well made and stable riding plus it handles great with a tighter turning radius than alot of scooters in its class.
The new Legend XL's also take 55 Ah- Gr.22 batteries for greater range and depth of power. The XL's are a great buy while on sale for the month of Aug.

The Hurricane is completely redesigned and now comes with a delta style tiller giving the rider greater safety and control. Also standard is a front basket, full suspension all around, full directional light package with running lights, and a contoured seat equipped with a adjustable back. We've sold a number of these new Hurricanes and every time we test drove the scooter, we were very impressed. The scooter really takes off with great power. The new shorter turning radius also makes much easier to handle than its predecessor and the current top speed is easily 9+ mph. Speed, form, and function for sure. Definitely not for the "wreckless or faint of heart".
